Energy giant Petronas said on Monday that the Pegaga field off the coast of Sarawak, Malaysia, has begun feeding gas into the Bintulu LNG complex.

According to the business, the Pegaga field in Block SK320 has equipment capable of producing 550 million standard cubic feet per day of gas that will be evacuated via a new underwater pipeline linked to an existing offshore gas pipeline network.

Mubadala Development Company Oil and Gas Limited operates Block SK320 with a 55% participation stake, with partners Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. and Sarawak Shell Bhd owning 25% and 20%, respectively. @LatestMalaysia
