Penang Launches New Madani Home Ownership Campaign with Discounts For Indian Muslims

GEORGE TOWN, June 5 — The Penang state government unveiled the Madani Home Ownership Campaign (MOC) under the Madani Inclusive Property Sector Catalyst Policy, offering a 5% discount to Indian Muslims for residential and commercial units from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. State Housing Committee chairman Datuk Seri S. Sundarajoo introduced Rumah MutiaraKu Type D, priced at RM400,000, for households earning up to RM15,000 monthly. Open market release limits raised to 50%.
