In Melaka, outrage erupted over a Facebook account under the name Lyan Liu, which posted inflammatory comments, including a call to bomb a mosque during Friday prayers. The offensive remarks, sparking widespread anger, were spotted by a 68-year-old trader who promptly reported them to Sungai Udang Police Station at 5:11 PM on Thursday. Disgusted by the religious insults, he demanded action. Police confirmed the report, but as the first complaint was lodged in Tampoi, Johor, the case was referred there for investigation. Authorities are now hunting for the account’s owner, whose actions threatened communal harmony.
