KUALA LUMPUR: PAS MP Fadhli Shaari has hit back at pro-Pakatan Harapan influencer Liyana Marzuki after she mocked his criticism of government-linked company contracts with the sarcastic phrase “Pound sterling ada?”. This is now the trend that is hitting Pakistan, with a video showing Shamsul Iskandar, the former setiausaha politik of PM Anwar Ibrahim, eating ‘super ring’ and finding some pound sterling in the plastic bag.

The video of Shamsul is a meme indeed, but it is making the rounds and now it is Liyana who is tagged with the pound sterling joke. They were attacking each other (Fadhli and Liyana) on the issue of political secretaries writing ‘Surat sokongan’ for companies.
“Siapa full of crap kak? Pound sterling ada?” Fadhli retorted.
