Popular Malaysian radio host Kieran, 50, has closed his café, KopeeTeelo, alleging it was targeted by black magic. The café, opened in December 2022, was initially packed daily but sales suddenly plunged, with regular customers claiming it appeared closed despite operating as usual. Kieran, real name Maskiran Jakiran, said nasi lemak sales dropped from 900 to just 200-300 packs on weekends, forcing him to inject personal funds monthly. He stood outside his café for 30 minutes to check visibility but no one noticed him, strengthening his suspicions. Kieran, a recovering stage-three prostate cancer patient, now works part-time at Kool 101.
