Just when we thought Rapid KL might finally fix their internal issues, there are more problems facing the country’s only mass transit company. Their stations are too crowded, their trains are too crowded and netizens are angry.
The government’s initiative of encouraging the population to take public transportation is a noble one, however, the infrastructure cannot cope with the amount of people taking it. Especially during rush hour.
Apparently, RapidKL has blocked a netizen, it is unclear why, but it is under the assumption of them talking too much about the company. Furthermore, netizens were mocking RapidKL’s responses to complaints, saying that its generic and that they don’t care about their customers.
