Salahuddin Ayub not ruling out possibility PH and BN exchanging seats

Although seat allocation is typically based on the previous election results, there is room for discussion. It may be necessary to exchange seats among coalition members during the election. His statements follow reports that PH in Selangor may give up at least five “safe” seats to BN as a strategic move to maintain the unity government.

However, PH Selangor has denied that any discussion of this nature took place with BN regarding the distribution of these seats. Salahuddin said that discussions about seat allocation are ongoing and progressing well.
