Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will transition to Phase Two of the National Recovery Plan (PPN) effective Friday (Sept 10).
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says the decision was made at the Covid-19 Pandemic Management Special Committee meeting yesterday.
