The Teoh Beng Hock Association for Democratic Advancement has urged DAP ministers Loke Siew Fook, Gobind Singh Deo, Nga Kor Ming, Steven Sim, and Hannah Yeoh to resign, protesting the Attorney-General’s Chambers’ (AGC) decision to classify Teoh Beng Hock’s case as “No Further Action” (NFA). Chairman Ng Yap Hwa criticized DAP’s silence, noting their past promises to deliver justice for Teoh, a DAP aide found dead in 2009 after MACC questioning. Ng cited Zaid Ibrahim’s resignation over ISA detentions as precedent, urging DAP to leverage its influence to uncover truth and ensure accountability.
