BANGKOK — A woman in Thailand has been detained after planting a homemade bomb on the car of her husband’s alleged mistress, local media reported. The incident occurred in Don Hua Lor when the device fell from the vehicle and partially exploded, causing loud noise and sparks but no injuries.
