It is not sustainable for a country to heavily rely on their Ministers for the most minute of problems that are happening under their department. Questions are rising on the involvement of the CEOs that are supposed to maintain and run these government related services.
One of the biggest offenders here is Rapid KL. Malaysian Twitter users have a vendetta against the company as they are essentially useless in the eyes of Malaysians. Most of the issues are solved by Anthony Loke himself, which would obviously be tedious for him as he has other major issues to worry about.
