SINGAPORE – A fruit seller at People’s Park Food Centre has gone viral after a tourist posted a video of her hostile behaviour. The incident, filmed on Feb. 9 and shared on Instagram by New Yorker Shanice, showed the seller responding rudely when asked about grapes.

The tourist claimed the hostility began after her aunt inquired about red plums. A Singaporean man tried to mediate but ended up in a shouting match with the seller. The fruit seller later told media that a large group of tourists had attempted to bargain, sparking her frustration.
