New: Scheduled water supply disruption expected in Klang Valley from June 5-7 for maintenance works

PETALING JAYA: Seven locations across Klang Valley and Selangor will experience temporary water supply disruption on June 5, for Air Selangor to carry out maintenance and replacement works. The affected areas are Petaling, Klang, Shah Alam, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor, and Kuala Selangor, Air Selangor said in a statement on Monday (May 13).

Water Supply Disruption

“This will cause scheduled temporary water supply disruption starting from 9am June 5, (Wednesday),” it said. Maintenance works are expected to be completed by 7pm the same day and water supply will be gradually restored starting at 3am on Thursday (June 6). Supply in 20% of the affected areas will be restored by 3pm on Thursday (June 6) and 90% by 3pm on June 7, with full restoration to all areas by midnight.
