It is a shock to many after finding out a pregnant woman who was fatally shot by her husband. The news is unfortunate and many are questioning the safety towards the women in this country. Safsufarnisya Salleh who was only 26 years old was pregnant with her first child.

The woman’s mother told Harian Metro, actually, we didn’t expect this to happen because our son-in-law was a good person. It went to the extent that we considered him as our own son. Losing Safsufarnisya is something that’s hard for me to accept, especially in the current situation.
Netizens are questioning the humanity of our society. Furthermore, others are questioning what would have been the motive of the husband to do such a heinous act. The husband is ironically on the police force in Kampung Bendang Baru, Simpang Empat, Kangar, Perlis.
