AirAsia X says passengers must be patient as it restructures before it can deliver tickets to people it deems creditors in reimbursement for travel cancellations caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Some passengers who have completely paid for their tickets are enraged because the airline is not responding quickly.
Meanwhile, AirAsia X has issued a warning that if the restructuring plan fails, no refunds will be provided.
