Fallen PM Najib Razak was once portrayed as the victim of an evil, bedevil government that did not want justice but wanted revenge when the latter was condemned to jail for his role in the SRC International scandal linked to the 1MDB scandal.
Now that an appeal court in Malaysia has found him, again, guilty of all charges and the judges have also chastised him as a “national embarrassment” while they say no evidence exists that money sent to the ex-PM account was a donation from Saudi Arabia.
In response, Najib not only said remarks made by the Court of Appeal judge was “disappointing”, but he also said ‘Wallahi’, he did not instruct anyone to put money in his account. But the judges say while Najib denies knowing money flowed to his account from SRC International, a crime they say, the latter did not waste time spending the money!
