Singapore-Malaysia land borders to vaccinated travellers open, driving allowed

1 min read

It’s not April fool guys, it is happening and people are dancing on TikTok for that because as from April 1, the borders between Malaysia and Singapore are opened but to ‘vaccinated travellers’ and on top of that, driving is allowed!

The land border between both countries via all modes of transport is quarantine-free and without the need for Covid-19 tests and open to all categories of travellers – except the unvax.

Malaysia and Singapore PMs say in a joint statement today, good progress was made by both countries in vaccinating their respective populations and managing the Covid-19 pandemic, and note the progress made in resuming cross-border travel through the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (Air) and (Land).
