The High Court in Kuala Lumpur granted Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his son, Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin, an application to postpone bankruptcy proceedings against them.

The matter was brought against them for failing to settle their tax arrears with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) pending the outcome of their Federal Court appeals on Thursday (May 19).

The father and son owed the LHDN RM1.69 billion and RM37.6 million in tax arrears, respectively.
