After being politically unstable for about two years, Malaysia has finally some sense of an elected government. Technically, the votes have spoken and that no party were the majority party, but Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Harapan merged to form a unity government to which Muhyiddin Yassin is vehemently against.
Khairy Jamaluddin hopes for stability
He stated that he is not supportive of the movement to form another backdoor government. Apparently, netizens are not buying into his words as some claimed he said a similar thing all the way back in 2018 when PH won the elections fair and square.
Others stated his irony when he vowed to be a strong opposition to the 2018 government yet in February 2020 was present for the backdoor government announcement. Netizens are calling for politicians to maintain the current government as a change of government multiple times will be bad for the country.
