More goodies announced by PM Anwar Ibrahim with the previous summonses (2022 backwards) now at RM50, flat rate, as the police will be offering discounts for traffic summonses starting this Friday (April 21) until May 21.

Anwar Ibrahim says the summonses involved all traffic offences committed last year and previous years. “The people will only have to pay RM50 for each of the summonses. The special rate, however, is not applicable for traffic summonses issued this year,” he adds.

Anwar nevertheless also says the police are committed to ensuring road safety is at an optimum level, especially during the festive season.
