A homeowner in Kuala Lumpur managed to apprehend a burglary suspect who broke into his house on Jalan Teratai 1/11. The incident occurred around 5 am when the 33-year-old engineer woke up to find an unknown person inside his house. The suspect, who entered by breaking the kitchen door lock, fled immediately. Items valued at around RM25,000 were reported missing.

Later that day, the complainant’s husband, along with others, successfully apprehended the suspect in Hulu Langat. The police arrived and arrested the 24-year-old suspect, recovering the stolen items. The suspect, who tested positive for methamphetamine, was remanded for seven days.
