Despite the usual cost of RM7 to RM10 per plate, their total bill amounted to RM200 for six plates of mixed rice and an additional plate of fish.

Marissa humorously questioned if the chef had a degree from Oxford and Cambridge combined. She mentioned that the food was unremarkable, and the shop was known for its high prices. While their business may thrive, Marissa and her family opted not to return to the expensive mixed rice eatery. She says it might be more expensive than dining in a hotel.
