A tragic incident in Japan saw a young woman fall to her death from a bridge while engrossed in taking photos with her smartphone. The incident occurred in Higashiizu town, Shizuoka prefecture on November 4. The woman, in her 20s, fell approximately 40 meters from the bridge and was found by authorities.

She was rushed to the hospital but was sadly pronounced dead. The woman had traveled from Chiba, a prefecture near Tokyo, to visit her father, and they were on their way to have a meal with her father’s friend when the tragic accident happened.
