The efficiency of the mass rapid transit in Kuala Lumpur has been discussed several times in the last few years. However, many have expressed that they are tired of taking the MRT simply due to its long waiting time. It is hard for commuters to calculate their travel time when waiting for a train is 12 minutes.

Additionally, others state that KTM’s Komuter is even worse than this. But for KTM some may understand that their railway tracks are shared with interstate trains and cargo trains. For the mass rapid transit system, the tracks are not shared by any other trains.
Some complain that mass transit users are “entitled.” But, in a valid argument, an X user states that requesting for consistent and frequent frequencies are not an “entitlement.”
