Jimmy Kimmel fired back at former President Donald Trump after a YouGov poll showed the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” host with a higher approval rating than Trump. According to the survey, Kimmel holds 44% favorability compared to Trump’s 41%, while Trump’s unfavorable rating stands at 54%.
“I am more popular than the president of the United States,” Kimmel said during his Oct. 6 monologue. “You remember the guy who keeps saying I have no ratings? Well, that makes two of us.”
Jimmy Kimmel Mocks Trump
The comedian added, “Considering the fact that I’m not a convicted felon friend of Jeffrey Epstein… I feel like my rating should be higher.” Kimmel later joked, “The president of the United States has a lower approval rating than Diddy and diarrhea.”
Trump had earlier mocked Kimmel’s suspension from ABC and even threatened to sue the network over his reinstatement.
