Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is on a mission to curb the plunder of wealth in Malaysia and to get politicians and others to stop stealing the country’s wealth. A monumental task but for a reformasi leader, this should be his main task.
“I will not tolerate any negligence that can destroy the country – PM The Unity Government will ensure ‘imarah’, training and education programmes in mosques for the younger generation are intensified,” he says.
Curb Plunder
PM Anwar also says development of the nation will continue but the plight of the
needy must not be neglected.
“We must take advantage of existing strengths to generate economic growth that convinces investors,” he says, adding that graft, robbing the country, must end.
