A 16-year-old Form Four student died suddenly at a secondary school in Seremban, sparking investigations by authorities. Education director-general Datuk Dr Mohd Azam Ahmad confirmed no evidence of bullying or medical history, noting the student appeared healthy before the incident.
Sudden Death
The tragedy occurred during academic reporting day, with her father present at school. Police received information at 10:48 a.m. and classified the case as a sudden death report, pending post-mortem results. The Education Ministry urged the public to respect the family’s privacy, avoid sharing sensitive content, and pledged psychosocial support for relatives, classmates, and teachers.
