The incident sparked outrage among several local celebrities, including KilaFairy and Atikah Suhaime. Kila raised eyebrows by posting harsh statements online, wishing mis fortune and damnation on an enforcement officer involved in the operation.

In response, veteran producer and director Jinggo (Tok Sidang) publicly advised Kila to remain calm, reminding her that while showing compassion for animals is commendable, spewing hatred and cursing others is unacceptable. Netizens widely supported Jinggo’s advice, urging Kila to delete her post, apologize, and understand the full context before making hasty statements. Meanwhile, Atikah Suhaime issued a public apology acknowledging her misunderstanding of the situation after facing severe online backlash.
