The Selangor Social Welfare Department (JKM) has launched investigations into several childcare centres after complaints and viral videos alleged abuse and breaches of safety procedures, including claims involving an autistic child and other children being mistreated.

JKM confirmed that some of the centres were not properly registered, and authorities are considering legal action while urging parents to verify childcare registrations and standards.
