Despite respecting Najib’s right to request a DNAA due to the case stalling since 2019, Rafizi highlighted the clear money trail in the SRC scandal, where Najib is already convicted. He urged the AGC to refile charges swiftly with proper documentation and vowed to monitor the case closely to ensure public accountability.
