Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli has called on the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) to clarify why prolonged delays led to a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) for former prime minister Najib Razak in his RM27 million SRC International money laundering case. Despite respecting Najib’s right to request a DNAA due to the case stalling since 2019, Rafizi highlighted the clear money trail in the SRC scandal, where Najib is already convicted. He urged the AGC to refile charges swiftly with proper documentation and vowed to monitor the case closely to ensure public accountability.
