Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, former aide to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, has resigned from MMAG Holdings Bhd and disposed of his entire stake in the company.
Farhash Quits MMAG
His exit comes less than a year after he became the largest shareholder of the integrated supply chain firm. Farhash stepped down as non‑independent non‑executive chairman effective January 2, citing personal commitments.
Bursa Malaysia filings show he sold 462 million shares — representing a 20% stake — on December 31, 2025. He had acquired the shares in March 2025 at 40 sen each, when MMAG was valued at over RM1.5 billion. Shares have since dropped significantly following his sudden departure.
