KOTA BHARU, Sept 21 — A fruit seller, Mohd Haziman Hikamarhakimi, 38, was acquitted and discharged by the Sessions Court of charges involving unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition. Judge Zulkifli Abdullah ruled the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case, citing discrepancies between the arresting and investigating officers’ testimonies.
