Contracts will be awarded via balloting among G1 to G4 contractors to ensure transparency and fairness. Ahmad said contractors selected last year are not eligible this year. Balloting for different zones will run through early June. All shortlisted contractors have been vetted, and the ministry is confident in their ability to complete the projects on time.
