There appears to be more complaints regarding Grab drivers. It is unfortunate as they are one of the largest e-hailing platforms for Malaysians. There are other alternatives, but mostly they are not as efficient as Grab. Apparently, a driver allegedly fat shamed a customer and hurled other hurtful remarks.
Grab driver fat shaming Passengers?

Netizens are on an uproar on Twitter against Grab regarding this situation. Another user states that they previously used the service and had 4 heavy bags but received no complaints from their driver. Furthermore, the other user was riding on an Axia.
Furthermore, others who are heavy set claim that they took AirAsia ride before and did not receive such remarks. Regardless, most cars can handle the weight of the majority of people. Making rude remarks towards a passenger is not ideal for any e-hailing drivers out there.
