KUALA LUMPUR – Federal Territories Minister Hannah Yeoh expressed confidence in Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Seri Fadlun Mak Ujud’s ability to drive meaningful change in the city. She highlighted his background as a town planner and his hands-on approach in engaging with citizens as key strengths.

Yeoh congratulated Fadlun on receiving the Setia Mahkota Wilayah (S.M.W.) award, which carries the title Datuk Seri, during the 2026 Federal Territories Day honours. She said Kuala Lumpur requires leadership that understands real challenges and acts decisively, adding that Fadlun has already demonstrated efficiency and speed in implementing reforms.
