A video exposè by the British news organisation, the Telegraph, shows how the American “woke” culture is destroying New York City. The crime rate has increased to an exponential rate in the past three years.
New York City or New Woke City?
The interviewer then got into the whole Black Lives Matter riots happening in the country back in 2020. The American police stated that they have to be extra careful when dealing with hard criminals as if they made one wrong step, they would literally be “cancelled.”
A commenter stated “New York City has more empathy for the perpetrators than the victims.” Nowadays in America, the “woke” are screaming “defund the police!” But if they got robbed by someone, who are they going to call?
The crime rate in New York City has drastically reduced since the 1980s and 1990s, however, with the new “woke” policies getting hold, danger might return to the city. Let this be a lesson to the rest of the world where law and order will always be important to protect the public.
