On August 15, TikTok user Rossneeda shared her unsettling experience at an immigration office, emphasising the importance of respect in customer service. Arriving at the visa and permit section, she witnessed an officer harshly scold two women, one holding a baby.

Troubled by the incident, Rossneeda confronted the officer, urging her to treat the public with empathy and respect. The officer, however, dismissed her concerns, citing the high volume of people. Frustrated, Rossneeda stressed that government workers must serve the public politely, suggesting that those who struggle with this responsibility should seek other positions.
