Bukittinggi Police in Indonesia’s Agam Regency say 2 teachers at the Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Canduang Islamic Boarding School sodomised at least 40 students at the school. The two suspects, a teacher and a ‘ustaz’ with the initials RA, 29, and AA, 23 were fired from their workplace after the discovery of the crime.

They initially tricked the students into asking them to perform massage on them but ended up groping the victims and abusing them. They also threatened the children they would not pass their tests if they did not allow them to do what they wanted. The two perpetrated the vile acts from 2022 onwards. The victims has been moved somewhere. They are also provided with assistance by psychiatrists and psychologists.
