TOKYO: A truck driver in Japan drew public attention after driving his burning vehicle straight to a fire station, Must Share News reported. The incident occurred in Kumamoto city, Kyushu island, when emergency calls around 9.50pm alerted authorities to a truck ablaze on the road.

Video posted on X showed the vehicle engulfed in flames, startling other motorists. Firefighters quickly doused the blaze upon arrival. The truck was driven by a man in his 70s, who noticed smoke while driving downtown. The fire was extinguished about an hour later, and investigations are underway to determine the cause.
