JPJ Johor enforcement officers seized a forklift being illegally driven on a public road in Kulai during a patrol on 5 March. The operation, carried out by the JPJ Bemban Enforcement Station at Jalan Sawit Baru, found the vehicle in violation of Section 2 of the Road Transport Act 1987, which prohibits forklifts from operating on public roads.

Further checks revealed the driver was a foreign national without a valid licence. The vehicle was impounded at 10:30 AM for investigation. JPJ emphasized that such enforcement protects road safety and ensures compliance with regulations governing industrial machinery use.
