Happiest country
The survey, conducted anonymously online with over 400,000 participants across 71 countries, aims to assess mental health through various factors. The report also highlights the top unhappiest countries, with Uzbekistan leading. Participants’ mental health quotient (MHQ) is evaluated based on 47 aspects, categorized into six areas. Lifestyle information and personal experiences are also considered, providing insights into individuals’ well-being from thriving to distressed.
