1 min read

A new term has been coined by netizens on X with regards to the Gen-Zs in Malaysia. Apparently, they have a thing that is called ‘delayed reaction.’ It appears that some of our youngsters have issues communicating their problems or disinterests towards a situation that they will delay giving an answer as much as possible.

A netizen states that this generation, the youth would make the most ridiculous excuse just so that they would not attend something they initially agreed to. This all started from a screenshot showing a worker unable to come to work via public transportation because their parents do not allow it.

However, some are also blaming the company citing that they are informing their staff to be in certain locations at the last minute. It is unclear who is exactly in the wrong here, but there are valid points shared across both sides.
