New: Man survives after his car plunges from 2nd floor of a building

In a near-fatal incident near Setia Alam, Malaysia, a man survived after his car is believed to have skidded and fallen from the second floor of a building. The Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department received a report at 11:30 pm, prompting the Kapar Fire and Rescue Station to dispatch a team.
