Celebrity entrepreneur, Mawar Karim allegedly tried to escape from paying a debt of RM720,000 which she contracted from a family member, but she denies the rumours on her IG account. Here is what she says:
“Hey ‘S’, there is no end to the slanderous stories about me. Last year about SJR, enough for a year about running away from debts. Suddenly now about bankruptcy. What if the the story turn upside down? You want to embarrass me all over Malaysia? Wait one day the story is about you or turns upside down. People know who ‘S’ is.
MStar says the entrepreneur who has 1 million followers on IG owes a friend named Nabil Mat Yahya RM720,000 which is still unpaid despite attempts to get her to make some payments. The loan was used as business capital and Mr Nabil’s lawyer, Mr Nik Zarith says Mawar failed to pay the cash in instalments after seven months from the loan date of June 7, 2021. More @LatestMalaysia
