Recently a tweet posted by a netizen went viral after they ordered a cake from a cafe called Zus Coffee. The unhappy customer mentioned on twitter that they were eating the cake, and it tasted weird, and they realized that there’s mold in it. The netizen has some health problems, and being at risk to mold will risk their health even more.
Zus Coffee reached out to the unhappy customer and offered a free drink as compensation. Is a free drink enough compensation after exposing big risks to someone’s health? Another netizen mentioned that they felt like Zus Coffee was an inorganic cafe and was never bothered to try it.
Other netizens mentioned the health risk of being exposed to mold. There was one mentioning that you can lose your facial features [due to being infected with the mold] and you’d have to remove the infected areas. This is an inexcusable thing to happen, especially in Malaysia.
