Model and actress Siew Pui Yi, popularly known as Ms Puiyi, has filed a lawsuit against her former partner, seeking RM4.3 million in damages. The lawsuit alleges deception, with RM4 million claimed as special damages and RM300,000 for additional costs related to tax matters.

She announced the legal action during a press conference in Georgetown, Penang, revealing that her ex-business partner, nicknamed ‘Mentos’, misled her into transferring funds for alleged tax settlements.
‘Mentos’ previously managed human resources and investment decisions in her company. A police report was also filed last October at the Timur Laut District Police Headquarters in Penang regarding the incident.
