The sudden news of MyAirline’s closure has shocked most Malaysians. However, their customers are even more shocked because of this. Now, passengers are upset at the whole ordeal as they are unable to make it to their destinations. Other airlines are trying to help alleviate the situation, but there’s nothing much they can do either.
MyAirline customers angry at cancellations
A passenger went on social media telling her frustrations to the masses. X users sympathize with her as there are a number of elderly customers waiting to board their flight that would never come. Many are blaming MyAirline’s lack of crisis management towards the matter and state they need to refund their customers back their money.
Many are upset at the fact that there are no proper channels of informing customers on the airline ceasing operations. Furthermore, some felt that they could’ve done better with the situation and informed customers a day or two in advance regarding this.
