RedBus is one of the apps for Malaysians to choose from when booking for a bus journey. It seems that the prices are rather affordable. However, recently, a netizen complained regarding her seat selection as the app states that there’s only one row of seats rather than two that the bus actually has.

It appears that another netizen was complaining about the app even double booking seats for their passengers. A user complained that they had to change seats multiple times in the bus due to double bookings.
Others are suggesting to use the other alternatives available when booking a bus ride. However, netizens are still adamant that RedBus is still a good app as it has been reliable for many over the past year.
