Our former Finance Minister, Tengku Zafrul is not that well liked among Malaysian netizens on Twitter. A netizen on Twitter claimed that he is a “trainwreck” and was not too excited for him to be the minister of finance again.

Netizens are angry that a man who lost in the previous election and has no seat in parliament is even considered to be the returning finance minister. Others are calling it a mockery of the whole election process if he does get to be the finance minister again.
Another netizen stated that he was a banker. They claimed that bankers make money off rich people and are not finance managers. Suggestions on giving the position to an elected person with a chartered accountant is highly recommended.
